At Logicglowflow, we're committed to delivering quality testing process improvements. Sometimes things don't work out as expected, and that's okay. This policy explains when refunds apply and how we handle them. No legal jargon—just clear information about your options.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial service engagement if:

  • We haven't delivered the agreed-upon testing analysis or documentation
  • Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery (we'll work to fix this first)
  • The scope of work fundamentally differs from what we discussed during onboarding
  • You cancel within 7 days of signing, before substantial work begins

Refunds typically don't apply once we've completed significant deliverables or after active consultation sessions have occurred. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask us directly.

What's Refundable

  • Unused monthly retainer fees
  • Project deposits if work hasn't started
  • Consultation packages with unused sessions
  • Initial assessment fees within 14 days

We calculate refunds based on work completed and time invested. If we're halfway through a project, you'd receive a partial refund for the remaining portion.

What's Not Refundable

  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Custom reports already delivered
  • Implementation work that's been deployed
  • Third-party tool costs we've paid

Once we've delivered specific work products or used consultation hours, those can't be refunded. But we're always willing to discuss adjustments or alternatives.

If your refund is approved, we'll process it within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation with the refund amount and expected timeline for your payment method.

Refund Issued

Refunds return through your original payment method. Credit cards typically see refunds in 5-10 business days. Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution.

Special Circumstances

Every client situation is different. Here's how we handle less common scenarios:

  • Long-term contracts: We prorate refunds based on months remaining and work delivered
  • Technical failures: If our systems cause service disruption, we'll credit your account or offer a partial refund
  • Scope changes: When project requirements change significantly, we'll adjust pricing accordingly
  • Service dissatisfaction: We'd rather address concerns through revisions, but refunds are available if we can't find a solution

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: We initiate transfers within 7 business days; your bank may take an additional 3-7 days
  • PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days and appear in your PayPal balance
  • Wire Transfers: International wires can take 10-15 business days due to intermediary banks

We'll always provide tracking information so you know when to expect your refund. If it doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate.
